If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
MPF Financial reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

IMPORTANT: Nothing on the MPF Financial platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other professional advice. MPF Financial does not guarantee any specific financial results, income levels, or business outcomes. Results depend entirely on your individual effort, discipline, consistency, market conditions, and execution. Any examples of results shared on our platform are not typical and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees.
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify MPF Financial immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. MPF Financial will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Each account is for a single individual only. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account. Sharing account access may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
MPF Financial offers multiple membership tiers with varying levels of access to courses, community features, and mentorship. The specific features and pricing of each tier are described on our Membership page and are subject to change with notice.
By purchasing a membership or course, you authorize MPF Financial to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. You agree to provide valid payment information and to keep it updated.
Membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current membership rate at renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
MPF Financial reserves the right to change membership pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing members. Your continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds on courses, programs, or membership fees once access has been granted.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content and can demonstrate a technical issue that prevented proper access. To request a refund, contact us at support@mpffinancial.com with your order details.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting MPF Financial to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate your account and pursue recovery of any disputed amounts, including associated fees.
All content on the MPF Financial platform — including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of MPF Financial or its content creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Upon purchasing a membership or course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content.
You may not copy, record, screenshot, download, share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute any MPF Financial content without express written permission. Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate account termination and may subject you to legal action.
MPF Financial maintains a community built on respect, discipline, and elevation. You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully in all community spaces, including forums, group chats, live sessions, and any other interactive features.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or intimidate other members; post spam, unsolicited promotions, or irrelevant content; share false, misleading, or defamatory information; impersonate any person or entity; engage in any illegal activity; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform.
MPF Financial reserves the right to remove any content, suspend, or permanently terminate any account that violates these conduct standards, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to conduct violations.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MPF FINANCIAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MPF FINANCIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
In no event shall MPF Financial's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the total amount you paid to MPF Financial in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your membership and close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@mpffinancial.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your membership benefits until that date.
MPF Financial reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other members or the platform.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact MPF Financial at legal@mpffinancial.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
